Deep plate Ø22cm

This Ø22cm deep plate and its 95cl capacity are among the most capacious in the catalogue. Dishes in sauce, hearty soups, large salads or composed bowls: its depth holds the juices, and its soft edge lets the preparation fill the whole space.
Made from earthenware fired at 1150°C, each piece receives a carefully applied surface decoration, in a pale blue-grey crossed by darker nuances that underline the rim. The matt finish comes with slight reliefs that can be felt under the fingers as you follow the piece, and this discreet material gives the whole a presence that goes with everything.
PEBBLE takes its name from the stone: supple outlines, never quite circular, and rounded reliefs that look polished by use rather than drawn. It comes in two moods, Mist, a pale, matt blue-grey, almost misty, and Smoke, a smoked brown-grey with a more assertive satin grain. One and the same gesture, two ways of bringing it to the table.
